Simple (an understatement) but effective. Forces the user to slow the tempo and smooth the entire swing. No guaranteed carry-over to an actual golf shot, but a positive step in that direction.

The rope is excellent. The feeling from the rope when swinging can be harsh. I suggest using a padded vest, or some type of jacket with padding when training.

Product is as described. It's a little pricey but I didn't want to deal with the DIY hassle. The handle option is just shrink-wrap. I haven't used it enough to see how it transforms my game.

The rope does a great job at teaching you how to turn in your swing. I feel a better swing with the rope when I use my hips versus my arms and it's teaching me to hone in on that. It does a good job at showing where your swing plane is but not as well the orange whip. I feel like my swing is a lot more consistent using both of these.
I bought the one with handles and I don't think it makes much of a difference. But it is useful because it feels more like a golf club.

Love it - I follow Dr. K on YouTube etc. and this tool really helps you feel you plane - you can also work on your in transition "shurn". A really awesome value.
