Commitment
Right Rope’s warehouses are near Grand Rapids, Michigan, and are fully stocked and ready to ship your order the same business day. We pride ourselves on consistently delivering excellent value to our customers with the fastest fulfillment times possible. All orders ship the same day as long as the order is placed by 3 PM Eastern.
Expedited options are available at checkout, so you can receive your rope as soon as the next business day. There are rare orders that can’t ship right away, for example, if you purchased 500 fully customized ropes, or if an item is out of stock. If for some reason the order won’t ship right away, we will contact you immediately to discuss.
