This twisted polypro rope looks great in pools of any size and is available in several diameters. The ¾” size is the most popular choice. These ropes are most often used as a barrier with floats attached to separate the shallow end of the pool from the deep end. In larger pools, it is used to designate swim lanes and to separate sections for different activities. Our pool rope has much more UV inhibitor added for much longer life than standard polypropylene rope.

Polypropylene rope is UV resistant, floats in water, doesn’t rot, and is resistant to most chemicals, petroleum products and mildew. It is a medium lay rope that can be spliced. Our poly knots well and has good holding power. Polypropylene doesn’t absorb water and can be stored wet indefinitely without damage.

Price Hacks

You can order 3 strand twisted polypropylene pool rope by the foot in any length you want. Consider these ways you can place your order to save money.

Incremental Pricing

There are price breaks you can take advantage of by buying in the increments outlined above. For example, buying a 100’ piece is a much better price per foot than buying 98’ by the foot. Consider rounding up to the next incremental pricing bracket to save yourself some money.

Combining Incremental Pricing and ‘By the Foot’

You can also save money by buying an even increment plus a few feet by the foot.

Example 1: If you need 117’ in one continuous piece you can add two items to your cart, a 100’ increment and quantity ‘17’ by the foot. We can send you the 117’ piece in one continuous length. Just leave us a note during checkout about how you want your rope cut.

Example 2: If you need two pieces 60’ each, the best way to buy it would be to add two items to your cart, a 100’ increment and quantity ‘20’ by the foot. Just leave a note letting us know you want two 60’ pieces.
